This beautiful California town, off of Hwy 395, is located in the Eastern Sierra 30 minutes south of the eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park. Winter 2024-25 saw 300 inches of snow with skiing and riding until June 14th. Mammoth averages 400 inches with skiing and riding into July. Mammoth Mountain boasts 3,500 acres with a 3,100 foot vertical drop and is easy to connect to direct flights from Denver or San Francisco.
