My name is Dan and welcome to My Deconstruction Journey. I have been thinking and reassessing aspects of my faith for the past 15 years and have been in churches my whole life. I now feel the Christian church is no longer aligned with the teachings of Jesus and serves as a barrier between us and God and so I am leaving the church so I may follow Jesus better.
